§321-12 Barbers, hairdressers, cosmeticians, cosmetologists, and beauticians. The department of health may prescribe rules and regulations which it deems necessary for the public health and safety relative to barbers, hairdressers, cosmeticians, cosmetologists, and beauticians, and the carrying on of their occupations.
