834-4 Escape.


HI Rev Stat § 834-4 (2013) What's This?

§834-4 Escape. Any person who escapes from lawful custody in another state while being held pursuant to the Agreement on Detainers may be charged with escape under chapter 740 and sentenced to a term of imprisonment not to exceed three years. Note

Chapter 740 referred to in text is repealed. For present provisions relating to escape, see §§710-1020, 1021.
