§804-7.3 Sanctions for violation of conditions of release on bail, recognizance, or supervised release. After hearing, and upon finding that the defendant has intentionally violated reasonable conditions imposed on release on bail, recognizance, or supervised release, the court may impose different or additional conditions upon defendant's release or revoke defendant's release on bail, recognizance, or supervised release.
