HI Rev Stat § 519-4 (2011 through Reg Sess) What's This?

[§519-4] Exemption for sustainable affordable developments. Notwithstanding any other law to the contrary, no lessee under a sustainable affordable lease as defined in section 516-1 and qualified under section 516-202 may exercise the rights granted to a lessee under section 519-2.
