§103-4 Expenditure from general appropriation unlawful, when.
§103-4 Expenditure from general appropriation unlawful, when. Whenever a specific appropriation is made for a particular object, it shall be unlawful to make any expenditure from a general appropriation which would otherwise cover such particular object.
