§445-11 Exposed to view; penalty. All persons holding a license for any class or kind of business shall keep the license exposed to view, in some prominent place, convenient for inspection, on the premises for which the same is granted. Any person failing to comply with the requirements of this section shall be fined not less than $10 nor more than $50.
