HI Rev Stat 8‑11 (2010 through Reg Sess) What's This?

§8‑11 Children and Youth Day and Month. The first Sunday in October shall be known and designated as "Children and Youth Day", and the entire month of October shall be known and designated as "Children and Youth Month".
