CHAPTER 834 - AGREEMENT ON DETAINERS
§834-4 - Escape.

     §834-4  Escape.  Any person who escapes from lawful custody in another state while being held pursuant to the Agreement on Detainers may be charged with escape under chapter 740 and sentenced to a term of imprisonment not to exceed three years.   Chapter 740 referred to in text is repealed.  For present provisions relating to escape, see §§710-1020, 1021.
