CHAPTER 454M - MORTGAGE SERVICERS
§454M-9 - Private right of action.

     [§454M-9]  Private right of action.  Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to preclude any individual or entity that suffers loss as a result of a violation of this chapter from maintaining a civil action to recover damages and, as provided by statute, attorney's fees.
