CHAPTER 448 - DENTISTRY
§448-11 - Investigations and hearings.

     §448-11  Investigations and hearings.  The board of dental examiners, or its duly authorized representative, may inquire of any applicant for examination concerning the applicant's character, qualifications, or experience and may conduct investigations and hearings in order to secure further information concerning the character, qualifications, or experience of any such applicant.   Board has quasi-judicial powers, decisions as to qualifications cannot be controlled by mandamus, unless evidence admits of but one conclusion that candidate passed required grade.  25 H. 445.
