JUDICIAL DECISIONS
Rulings on motion for continuance not disturbed absent abuse of discretion. —Motion for continuance is addressed to the sound legal discretion of the court, and its judgment overruling the motion will not be disturbed unless it appears that there was a manifest abuse of discretion.
