Editor’s notes.Ga. L. 2021, p. 663, § 1/HB 443 repealed the Code sections formerly codified as this article and enacted the current article. The former article consisted of Code Sections 51-12-70 through 51-12-77, relating to damages in tort actions, and was based on Ga. L. 1999, p. 853, § 1; Ga. L. 2000, p. 1589, § 3; Ga. L. 2001, p. 4, § 51; Ga. L. 2003, p. 140, § 51; Ga. L. 2003, p. 820, §§ 7, 8; Ga. L. 2015, p. 1088, § 46/SB 148.
