Editor’s notes.Ga. L. 2026, p. 924, § 1-2/HB 297, effective May 12, 2026, repealed the Code sections formerly codified at this chapter and enacted the current chapter. The former chapter consisted of Code Sections 50-39-1 through 50-39-5 (Article 1), 50-39-10 through 50-39-18 (Article 2), 50-39-30 through 50-39-40 (Article 3), 50-39-50 through 50-39-53 (Article 4), and 50-39-60 and 50-39-61 (Article 5), relating to Atlanta-region Transit Link “ATL” Authority, and was based on Ga.
