OPINIONS OF THE ATTORNEY GENERAL Use of funds for home school students. —Georgia Lottery for Education Act, O. C. G. A. T. 50, C. 27, does not prohibit the use of lottery funds for scholarships for home school students; however, the HOPE scholarship program rules and regulations exclude such students from eligibility. 1996 Op.
