OPINIONS OF THE ATTORNEY GENERAL Use of funds for home school students. —

Georgia Lottery for Education Act, O. C. G. A. T. 50, C. 27, does not prohibit the use of lottery funds for scholarships for home school students; however, the HOPE scholarship program rules and regulations exclude such students from eligibility. 1996 Op. Att’y Gen. No. U96-19.
