JUDICIAL DECISIONS
Constitutionality. —Portion of O. C. G. A. § 49-5-183.1 precluding a person from compelling a child’s testimony in proceedings in which the person is classified as a child abuser is unconstitutional and, because it is central to the general scope of the Act establishing the registry system, the entire Act is unconstitutional. State v. Jackson, 269 Ga. 308, 496 S. E.2d 912, 1998 Ga. LEXIS 382 (1998).
