- Section 47-2-90 - Rules and regulations with regard to credit for service; credit for service in the Georgia National Guard, Georgia State Guard, and General Assembly
- Section 47-2-91 - Credit for accumulations of forfeited annual and sick leave
- Section 47-2-92 - Reestablishment of service credit after withdrawal of accumulated contributions from this retirement system or the Teachers Retirement System of Georgia; payments required to obtain credit
- Section 47-2-93 - Credit for service rendered after December 31, 1953, by persons who were not members at the time; payments required to obtain credit
