OPINIONS OF THE ATTORNEY GENERAL Correctional industries administration is “authority” and not “budget unit.” —The Georgia Correctional Industries Administration is an authority and is not a “budget unit” required to request and follow a budget established by appropriations in accord with the Budget Act. 1989 Op. Att’y Gen. No. 89-56.
