Editor’s notes.Ga. L. 2017, p. 364, § 3/SB 109 provides that this article becomes effective on the earlier date of legislative enactment of this compact into law by no less than twenty-six states or December 31, 2018. The requisite number of states approved this compact on July 20, 2017.
