OPINIONS OF THE ATTORNEY GENERAL Compelling of compliance by department. —Department of Public Safety cannot compel compliance with the statutory provisions on firearms dealers either by criminal or equitable proceedings since no such procedure is provided for. 1963-65 Ga. Op. Att'y Gen. 95.
