Editor’s notes.Ga. L. 2002, p. 1297, § 2, not codified by the General Assembly, provides: “This Act shall become effective on July 1, 2002, or upon enactment by no fewer than 35 states of the Interstate Compact for Adult Supervision in substantially the form set out in Section 1 of this Act, whichever last occurs. For purposes of this section, the term ‘state’ shall have the meaning provided by Section 1 of this Act.” The compact provided by this article has been adopted by the number of states required to make the compact effective.
