JUDICIAL DECISIONS
Jurisdiction of appeal from city court. —When uniform traffic citation and complaint form was used to charge an offense in a constitutional city court, but solicitor (now district attorney) subsequently amended the form to allege a violation of a city ordinance, jurisdiction of an appeal lay in the superior court rather than the Court of Appeals. Parnell v. City of Atlanta, 173 Ga. App. 602, 327 S. E.2d 569, 1985 Ga. App. LEXIS 1633 (1985).
