Delayed effective date.

Ga. L. 2024, p. 206, § 6(b)/SB 483, provides that the repeal and reservation of this chapter shall become effective upon enactment of the Interstate Compact for the Placement of Children into law by the thirty-fifth state. As of May 2026, this condition has not been met.
