OPINIONS OF THE ATTORNEY GENERAL Effect of chapter. —Department of Veterans Services is not authorized to charge and collect fees for services rendered to residents of veterans’ nursing homes operated by the State of Georgia is not affected by enactment of Ga. L. 1979, p. 834. 1980 Op. Att'y Gen. No. 80-7 (see O. C. G. A. § 37-9-1 et seq.).
