§ 243. Credit for Payment of Income Benefits

An employer/insurer seeking a credit as provided by O.C.G.A. Section 34-9-243 shall file with the Board Form WC-243, and shall report on Form WC-243 the amount of unemployment compensation and/or weekly income payments made on behalf of an employee pursuant to a disability plan, a wage continuation plan, or a disability insurance policy and shall set forth the ratio of the employer's contributions to the total contributions of such plan or policy no later than 10 days prior to a hearing. A copy of this form shall be sent to all counsel and unrepresented parties by the employer/insurer at the same time that it is filed with the Board.
