Delayed effective date.Ga. L. 2007, p. 463, § 2/SB 205, provides that this article becomes effective only when funds are specifically appropriated for purposes of this Act in an Appropriations Act making specific reference to that Act. Funds were not appropriated at the 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025, or 2026 session of the General Assembly.
