Effective date.This article became effective July 1, 2021.
Editor’s notes.On June 30, 2021, the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) adopted an interim policy, effective July 1, 2021, allowing for student athletes in each of the NCAA’s three divisions to benefit from their name, image, or likeness.
Pursuant to Code Section 20-3-683, this Article became null and without effect in accordance with those provisions.
