OPINIONS OF THE ATTORNEY GENERAL Fingerprinting of offenders not required. —Offenses under the Ginseng Protection Act, O. C. G. A. § 12-6-150 et seq., are not ones for which those charged with a violation are to be fingerprinted. 1996 Op. Att'y Gen. No. 96-17.
