Editor's notes.Former Article 11, relating to the Georgia Agrirama Development Authority, consisted of Code Sections 12-3-650 through 12-3-662. The former article was based on Ga. L. 2001, p. 894, § 2; Ga. L. 2002, p. 415, § 12; Ga. L. 2004, p. 690, § 9; and was repealed by Ga. L. 2011, p. 99, § 12/HB 142, effective May 13, 2011. For present comparable provisions, see Code Sections 20-3-73.1 and 20-3-73.2.
Ga. L. 2026, p. 1069, § 12(1)/HB 1268, effective July 1, 2026, redesignated former Article 13 as present Article 11.
