Chapter 34A - Patient Right to Know
§ 43-34A-8. Deadline for Physician Profiles; Promulgation of Chapter Regulations

- The board shall have profiles ready and be able to respond to request for profiles no later than July 1, 2002.
- All regulations required under this chapter shall be promulgated by the board by July 1, 2002.
