§ 43-34-28. Reciprocity; Expedited License
- The board may grant a license without examination to licensees of boards of other states requiring equal or higher qualifications.
- The board may grant an expedited license to licensees of boards of other states pursuant to the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact Act contained in Article 11 of this chapter.
