§ 40-6-327. Monitoring of Personal Delivery Devices; General Liability Coverage

Universal Citation: GA Code § 40-6-327 (2022)
  1. A personal delivery device shall be monitored by an individual who is capable of exercising control over the navigation and operation of the personal delivery device at any point in time such device is operating upon highways or sidewalks.
  2. A personal delivery device owner shall maintain general liability coverage for any personal delivery device operated upon a highway or sidewalk of this state of at least $250,000.00 for damages arising from the operation of the personal delivery device.

This Code section became effective July 1, 2022.
