§ 38-3-7. Penalty for Violation

Universal Citation: GA Code § 38-3-7 (2022)

Any person who violates any provision of Articles 1 through 3 of this chapter or any rule, order, or regulation made pursuant to Articles 1 through 3 of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
