§ 21-2-105. Local Election Official Defined
Universal Citation: GA Code § 21-2-105 (2022)
As used in this part, the term “local election official” means:
- A county board of elections or a county board of elections and registration established pursuant to Code Section 21-2-40;
- A judge of the probate court fulfilling the role of election superintendent; or
- A municipal election superintendent.
