§ 14-11-1101. Filing Fees and Penalties
- The Secretary of State shall collect the following fees when the documents described below are delivered to the Secretary of State for filing pursuant to this chapter:

- The Secretary of State shall collect the penalty provided for in paragraph (2) of subsection (c) of Code Section 14-11-711.
