Regulation of seaplanes.
- Federal Energy Regulatory Commission did not have an implied power to authorize a power company to regulate seaplane operation on Lake Sinclair. Georgia Power Co. v. Baker, 591 F. Supp. 1569 (M.D. Ga. 1984), rev'd on other grounds, 830 F.2d 163 (11th Cir. 1987) (power company may regulate seaplanes under state water rights law).
