OPINIONS OF THE ATTORNEY GENERAL

Article fails to mention costs.

- Statute enumerates the various duties of the ordinary (now probate judge) and requires that the ordinary (now probate judge) record the actions of the processioners. However, it fails to set the costs of the ordinary (now probate judge) for performing such acts. 1950-51 Op. Att'y Gen. p. 269.
