§ 43-29-4. Board Records and Seal

Universal Citation: GA Code § 43-29-4 (2021)
  1. The board shall have an official seal and shall keep a record of its proceedings and a register of persons whose licenses have been revoked.
  2. The records of the board shall be open to public inspection, and it shall keep on file all examination papers for a period of 90 days after each examination.
