Licensing required when product of services will be used in another state.

- Licensing is required for individuals performing professional engineering services even when the product of such services will be used in another state. 1980 Op. Att'y Gen. No. 80-69.

Engineer may engage in practice of architecture when incidental to engineering.

- Engineer is authorized to engage in such practices as may be classified as practice of architecture, in addition to engineering practice, only to the extent that such practice is clearly incidental to practice of engineering; for example, it appears that an engineer may design, prepare plans for, and supervise construction of dams, sewage disposal plants, water pump stations, power stations, or other similar structures. 1967 Op. Att'y Gen. No. 67-144 (decided under Ga. L. 1945, p. 294, prior to revision by Ga. L. 1975, p. 1048).

License authorizing practice of professional engineering does not authorize land surveying, and vice versa. 1954-56 Op. Att'y Gen. p. 540 (decided under Ga. L. 1945, p. 294, prior to revision by Ga. L. 1975, p. 1048).
