§ 40-6-247. Following Fire Apparatus or Emergency Vehicle
Universal Citation: GA Code § 40-6-247 (2021)
The driver of any vehicle other than oneon official business shall not follow any fire apparatus traveling in response to a fire alarm or any other emergency vehicle closer than200 feet and shall notpark such vehicle within 500 feet of any fire apparatus stopped in answer to a fire alarm.
