- Ga. L. 1987, p. 486, effective January 1, 1988, repealed the Code sections formerly codified at this article and enacted the current article. The former article consisted of §§ 36-82-180 through36-82-200, concerning the Georgia Allocation Plan, and was based on Ga. L. 1985, p. 1143, § 1; Ga. L. 1986, p. 344, § 2.
