§ 21-2-406. Public Performance of Duties by Officials

Superintendents, poll officers, and other officials engaged in the conducting of primaries and elections held under this chapter shall perform their duties in public.

OPINIONS OF THE ATTORNEY GENERAL

Inspection of returned absentee ballots prior to polls closing not required.

- Boards of registrars are not required to make returned absentee ballots subject to inspection prior to the closing of polls. 1990 Op. Att'y Gen. No. 90-31.
