§ 16-13-27.1. Exempt Anabolic Steroids

The following anabolic steroid containing compounds, mixtures, or preparations have been exempted as Schedule III Controlled Substances by the United States Drug Enforcement Administration, as listed in 21 C.F.R. 1308.34, and are therefore exempted from paragraph (6) of Code Section 16-13-27: TABLE OF EXEMPT ANABOLIC STEROID PRODUCTS
