§ 14-3-121. Forms
Universal Citation: GA Code § 14-3-121 (2021)
The Secretary of State may prescribe and furnish on request, forms for:
- An application for a certificate of existence;
- A foreign corporation's application for a certificate of authority to conduct affairs in this state;
- A foreign corporation's application for a certificate of withdrawal;
- The annual registration; and
- Such other forms not in conflict with this chapter as may be prescribed by the Secretary of State.
