§ 48-8-11. Violation of Any Other Provision of Article; Penalty
Universal Citation: GA Code § 48-8-11 (2020)
- It shall be unlawful for any dealer to violate any other provision of this article for which punishment is not otherwise provided.
- Any person who violates subsection (a) of this Code section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
