Chapter 8B - State Board of Cemeterians
§ 43-8B-2. Definitions
Universal Citation: GA Code § 43-8B-2 (2020)
As used in this chapter, the term:
- "Board" means the State Board of Cemeterians established by this chapter.
- "Cemeterian" means a person registered as a cemetery owner pursuant to Chapter 14 of Title 10 or a cemetery manager.
- "Cemetery" means a cemetery as defined in Chapter 14 of Title 10.
