§ 43-35-6. Eligibility for Appointment to Board
Universal Citation: GA Code § 43-35-6 (2020)
To be eligible for appointment to the board, a person must be a citizen of the United States and a resident of this state and, except for the person appointed from the public at large, must:
- Hold a license issued under the provisions of this chapter; and
- Have actively practiced or taught podiatry for at least five years.
