OPINIONS OF THE ATTORNEY GENERAL

Compelling of compliance by department.

- Department of Public Safety cannot compel compliance with the statutory provisions on firearms dealers either by criminal or equitable proceedings since no such procedure is provided for. 1963-65 Op. Att'y Gen. p. 95.
