Article 1 - In General
§ 36-45-3. Definitions
Universal Citation: GA Code § 36-45-3 (2020)
As used in this article, the term:
- "Institute" means the Harold F. Holtz Municipal Training Institute.
- "Municipal governing authority" means the governing authority of a municipal corporation.
- "State" means the State of Georgia and any department, board, bureau, commission, or other agency thereof.
- "Vinson Institute" means the Carl Vinson Institute of Government of the University of Georgia.
