Editor's notes.
- Ga. L. 1991, p. 1424, § 9, not codified by the General Assembly, contained inconsistencies in references to the sections of the bill due to differences in the section numbers contained in the Senate version of the bill and the final version of the bill. Subsection (d) of Ga. L. 1991, p. 1424, § 9, referenced the section which enacted this chapter and provides: "Section 6 of this Act shall become effective on July 1, 1991; provided, however, that persons required to be licensed under Section 6 shall have until January 1, 1992, to procure such license."
