§ 20-3-130. Short Title; Name of Junior College System
Universal Citation: GA Code § 20-3-130 (2020)
This article shall be known as the "Junior College Act of 1958," and the system established by this article shall be known as the "Junior College Program of the State of Georgia."

Editor's notes.- By resolution (Ga. L. 1985, p. 598), the General Assembly expressed its approval of the acquisition of DeKalb Junior College by the Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia and the operation of the college as a unit of the University System of Georgia.
